Students who have ethical or aesthetic qualms about dissecting dead animals in class would get relief from a bill now before the Legislature. It would excuse them from having to do the real, yucky thing and let them learn anatomy through ''virtual'' dissection by three-dimensional computer imaging or by films, books, or other methods.
